How inner silence can help you to live a blissful and healthy life.

Inner silence helps to cultivate compassion, kindness and love. Any kind of relationship we have in our lives, whether it is parent-children, Friends, colleagues, husband-wife, partner can only last in a meaningful and uplifting manner if it is based on compassion, kindness and love.

In Christianity Jesus teaches us to love one another and in Buddhism Buddha talks about compassion and love in his teachings. All world religions talk about the importance of compassion and love. Be still and know I am God (Psalm 46:10)

The silence is not empty, it is full of answers. In fact it is pregnant with answers!.

Today the world we live in is full of technological advances and developments. It can be called the creative destruction, as all these technological developments have made our minds very busy.
